Summer assembly tour

GenR8 teams are visiting schools in June and early July with an assembly titled – We can make a difference. The presentation explores the notion that we can all make a big difference by loving our neighbours as Jesus taught. The Bible story we share is ‘the feeding of the five thousand’ – the only one of Jesus’ miracles which is recorded in all four gospels – where Jesus feeds a large crowd with only five loaves and two fish. We also include a fun song with actions, puppet sketch about how we do not need to be superheroes to make a difference to those around us, and a reflection about what it means to love our neighbours.
